Homemade Cough Drops!
Cough and cold season is coming up. Thankfully, I scored several huge bags of Ricola this summer for little to nothing since they were on clearance!
BUT
I'm definitely keeping this in mind. You can make
Homemade Cough Drops and Cough Drop Lollipops! Isn't that a cool idea. It's mostly just honey, so it would also be healthy and fairly inexpensive.
Hope you have a healthful season and end up not needing them!

Betsy, do you know if boiling the honey changes it composition enough to negate its cough-suppressing qualities? I give my kids a teaspoon of honey for coughs.
No, didn't know about changing it's composition. You're so smart! Like you're idea about a teaspoon of honey, too!
Is that like "a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down?" ;-)
This
"coughing" post, Completely useful..good source, thanks anyway!
